Common questions

What is the difference between gifting and a creator campaign?

Gifting sends product to creators without a guaranteed post. You are buying reach in aggregate and accepting that not everyone will publish. A creator campaign is contracted: agreed deliverables, agreed dates, agreed messaging. Gifting is volume and authenticity, campaigns are certainty and control.

Do we own the content creators make?

On UGC briefs, yes. Usage rights are agreed in writing before delivery, and we confirm the channels and duration you need up front. On gifting and creator campaigns the creator owns their post by default; if you want to run it as paid media, that gets negotiated as part of the brief rather than assumed afterwards.

How do you choose which creators to approach?

We build against the brief: product category, audience demographics, price point, content style and any brands you do not want to sit alongside. You see and approve the list before we contact anyone.

What do you report on?

What shipped, what was published, and performance on the measures agreed at the brief stage. We report what can be evidenced, such as platform figures and delivery against brief, rather than modelled estimates.
